Lulo is a wonderful citrus fruit with a grapefruit-like flavor. In Latin America it's used to make juices, nectars and candy. Mix one part Lulo Vinegar with two parts olive oil, salt and pepper to make a delicious vinaigrette perfect for radicchio, endive and baby spinach salad.
